Martin's Story
Life
I have been busy for many years with many projects. I left California in 1981 and moved to colorado, where alot of family lived. I worked in museums, having helped start the prison museum here in colorado. I saved an old homestead cabin from destruction which is now rebuilt and on display.I have taught history to schools and groups, travelled to places to do it. Worked in many jobs for experiences......General Motors in Van Nuys, A boat factory in Anaheim, Ca, Aero Aircraft in San Fernando, A shoe factory in Missouri........you could say i was in the "transportation" business! build my own house....a vision yet to be fulfilled. I re-discovered my Native Indian roots and have spent 25 years in that culture.
I was married for several years and have two great kids...a boy, Nicholas and a girl, Shaquala, that are teenagers now!! I have been divorced since 1994. My rock band..."Fall River" is coming out with a c.d. next month. We are working alot now. I have played drums since i was a little kid. Most of you might remember marching band at Sylmar...I was in it playing drums the year we won every regular football game....1973!I only got to be at that school for a year and then moved again when my parents got divorced. Sylmar was a fun school!!
